We reserve your appointment time especially for you. Late cancellations prevent us from being able to offer this time to others who require treatment.

All cancellations must be notified within 24 hours.

Cancellations on the day will incur a fee for the full cost of the session. This fee is not claimable by your health fund. By booking you agree to this cancellation policy.
